We have lots of standard options and can tailor a package to suit your needs. We can put together the most basic package to get you on the road, trade packages to keep you productive on the job, or touring packages because we all need a little down time for travelling the big lap down under.

Our complete range of Australian made heavy duty aluminium ute trays have been designed using the latest in 3D design and manufacturing technologies to ensure seamless style, functionality, fit and finish to integrate onto your vehicle. Boasting a strong, robust design and weighing only a fraction of a comparative steel constructed tray, you’d be mad not to. Our packages incorporate bolting track extrusions exclusively designed and used by us to allow fitment of optional accessories giving you the build flexibility to go all out right away or add extras at a later date. With functionality a key design consideration we have jam packaged features into our standard designs and styles that most other manufacturers will only class or offer as optional extras, or simply won’t offer at all.

Should you want to have your 200 series Landcruiser wagon converted to a ute and maybe even throw in a chassis extension, we have you covered with options to suit most standard conversions available. Our standard 200 series tray sizes includes:

  • Converted 200 Series Landcruiser With Nil Chassis Extension 2000W x 1600L x 880H
  • Converted 200 Series Landcruiser With 650mm/700mm Chassis Extension 2000W x 2000L x 880H

*All full time half tray half canopy packages are 70mm shorter than the standard tray lengths listed above.

Our jack off style canopy is also worth checking out to run on the back of your new heavy duty aluminium tray. Giving you the flexibility to remove it when not needed, or leave setup at base camp when enjoying those weekends away with the family.  Ute Tray Package 

If you are tired of that dis-functional style-side tub, or simply need a stylish yet robust heavy duty aluminium ute tray to compliment your vehicle, an NQ Ally Works tray package is perfect for you. Designed with functionality, strength and style in mind these tray packages will be the centre piece of your 4×4. With loads of standard inclusions and numerous optional add-ons to suit your needs, it’s hard to go past an NQ Ally Works ute tray package.

 

 

 

Ute Tray & Jack Off Canopy Packages 

With an NQ Ally Works tray and jack off canopy package, you have the flexibility to maintain perfect symmetry with a work/play balance. An NQ Ally Work tray and jack off (removable) canopy will allow you to accessorize one of our canopies with various module options. Allowing you to piece together your perfect remote work station setup, or a perfect get-away setup for your family to enjoy those weekends away. Come the working week the jack off canopy can either be re-mounted or removed depending on your work and play setup preference. Allowing you interchangeability to maximize the use of your vehicle when working hard or hardly working.

 

Full Time Half Tray Half Canopy Packages

Our full time half tray half canopy packages are a great alternative when you want the lockable dust & water free storage a canopy offers, but also need functional tray space for carrying those larger, sometimes dirty items. This package style provides you the best of both worlds when a full size tray isn’t needed and you don’t want the task of removing a jack off  style canopy. This setup brings with it the added benefits of keeping the complete package weight and cost down when compared to a standard tray with jack off style canopy as there is no headboard included due to the full time canopy taking it’s place. Our standard package configurations to select from include all standard tray sizes minus 70mm in overall length with either 920mm or 1120mm long full time half canopy.

 

 Converted 200 Series Landcruiser Ute Tray Packages

When you think king of the on and off-road you can’t go past the almighty 200 series landcruiser. Unfortunately these have only been made to the factory showroom floor as a wagon style vehicle. But what if you want the practicality of a load carrying tray or canopy on the back with the luxuries that only a 200 series offers up front. Well we work closely with and can recommend highly experienced, qualified and reputable conversion shops to take your 200 series and carry out the required conversion. Allowing NQ Ally Work to complete the package by adding an NQ Ally Works ute tray and or canopy package.

 

Converted & Extended 200 Series Landcruiser Ute Tray Packages

When you think 200 series, you think big! But some people just want and need to go bigger with a conversion including a chassis extension. Increasing the load carrying space of the vehicle, whilst moving the rear wheels back underneath the center of load to improve handling and ride performance. We recommend highly experienced, qualified and reputable conversion shops so your 200 series can have the required certified alterations carried out. We work closely with these experienced teams to allow us to then complete your big rig by adding an NQ Ally Works ute tray and or canopy package.

* Undertray tray drawers fitted in conjunction with an under tray poly tanks will only allow certain size configurations to fit. These are as follows based on a std 1800 long dual cab tray package. 900mm drawer with 45L/75L poly tank, 1200mm drawer with 45L poly tank. 

Tradie Roof Rack

  • Available sizes 2330L x 1330W, 2600L x 1330W
  • Box section main frame construction supporting an aluminium mesh infill panel
  • Side frame trussed with 25mm tube top rail using unique dimpled side panels
  • Package must include a rear ladder rack, rear mounted dog cage or canopy to allow fitment of a tradie roof rack

Crack a cold one, this might take a while 😉 I purchased my new BT50 and decided to replace the tub with a more practical tray. I scrolled through a million trays and found something I didn’t like in every single one… you could say I’m a fussy perfectionist with OCD. Then one day I saw a tray that captured my attention, I followed it for a good 15mins until I could see who built that tray – right there on the mudflap… it was NQ Ally Works. It was unique, it had the perfect balance between style and grunt – there was no two ways about it, I had to have it! In true stalker fashion, I started following the NQ Ally Works Facebook page and I was truly mesmerised by the welding work that featured in my newsfeeds. Second to none workmanship, ingenuity and overall quality has forever raised the benchmark for me. It was a long road from throwing ideas together to bolting it onto the ute, but the end result was worth every minute and then some. Cannot recommend enough for those in search of quality work and unparalleled customer service.

I strongly recommend NQ Ally Works for any fabrication project you may have. They are true tradesmen with an artistic flair.

I was looking for a heavy-duty aluminium tray for my Landcruiser DC. I first went to a well-known Cairns tray manufacturer, I was in the process of ordering the tray when I checked if I could still have the wheel under the tray. The reply was “sorry we don’t do that it’s not the look we are looking for” and they would not compromise.

The crew at Cairns to Cape 4×4 recommended NQ Ally Works to me. I have never been more satisfied with the product, EVER. In every little detail from the sturdy under support, the fantastic head and sideboards, the tie-down points, water tank, toolboxes, hinges and latch grips and yes the required under tray wheel mount. The welds are fantastic; the quality of the materials used and the workmanship is of the highest standard.

Liam was always upfront and honest, he never promised anything that he could not deliver and my build was delivered a week before the original estimated delivery date.

There was a delivery period that you may need to work around however it is well worth the wait.
